Meet our Gentle Cleansing Gel, an oil-free facial cleanser designed for daily use. It helps remove makeup, excess oil, and surface impurities while leaving skin feeling clean and comfortable. The cosmetic formula includes watermelon and apple fruit extracts, witch hazel water, licorice root extract, panthenol (Vitamin B5), and sodium PCA for a refreshed, hydrated feel.

That is four to nine business days from order to doorstep. Tracking is emailed the day your order ships.
Returns
Supplements, foods and skin products cannot be resold once they leave the fulfilment centre, so sales are final and there is nothing to post back to us.
What we do fix, at our cost, is anything that arrives damaged or wrong, an order that never arrives, and a subscription renewal you meant to cancel. Email support@paree.care and we will reply within one business day. The refund policy has the full terms.
Damaged or missing orders
Email support@paree.care with your order number within 30 days of delivery — or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived — and we will replace it. For a damaged item, attach one photo of the damage. That is all we need.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you are charged the listed price on the day you order and again at the frequency shown at checkout — every 12 weeks for the plans — until you cancel. The amount and the date are shown before you pay and repeated in every order confirmation.
Change, pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time — no email, no phone call, and no reason required. Cancelling before your next billing date stops that charge. Changes made after a renewal is processed may not affect that order.
If a renewal charged in the last 48 hours and the order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund it in full.
What appears on your statement
Card and bank statements show SP PAREE.CARE. Nothing on your statement describes what you ordered. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email us and we will reply within one business day.
