Our standards

A supplement label is the easiest place in wellness to hide. Here is what we hold ourselves to, so you can check us against it.

Transparent doses. No proprietary blends.

Every active ingredient is listed with its own amount. A "proprietary blend" lets a brand put a trademark where a number should be, and a dusting of the expensive ingredient behind it. We do not use them.

Named ingredient forms

Magnesium glycinate rather than oxide. Hydrolysed collagen peptides rather than gelatin. Vitamin D as D3. The form is stated plainly so you can compare it with the product label.

Manufactured in the US, tested independently

Third-party tested. Manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility. Certificates of analysis are available upon request.

Ask for any batch, any product, at support@paree.care. The answer is always yes — identity, potency and contaminant results, per batch.

Claims we will not make

An FDA-registered facility is not an FDA-approved product. No dietary supplement is FDA approved, ours included, and any brand implying otherwise is describing something that does not exist. Registration means the facility is on file with the FDA and subject to inspection. That is worth knowing, and it is not an endorsement.

Supplements support normal physiological function. They do not treat, cure or prevent disease. You will not find before-and-after photographs here, you will not find a supplement described as an alternative to hormone therapy, and you will not find us calling anything proven — the honest word is "supported by evidence", and the strength of that evidence varies by ingredient.

What to tell your clinician

Everything you take. Supplements interact — black cohosh, St John's wort and high-dose vitamin E all matter clinically. If you are on any prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, liver disease or a clotting disorder, speak to your clinician before starting anything here.
