These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Paree Care LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@paree.care, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm ET.

2. What we sell, and what we do not

Everything in this store is an over-the-counter dietary supplement or personal care product. Nothing here is a prescription product, and no prescription, intake or clinician review is required to buy. Hormone therapy and anything else requiring a prescription is a separate service, which has its own terms. It is not sold in this shop.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to order.

3. Health information

Nothing in this store is medical advice, and buying from us does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Supplements support normal physiological function. They do not treat, cure or prevent disease. Speak to your clinician before starting anything here, and tell them everything you take — particularly if you are on prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of hormone-sensitive cancer, liver disease or a clotting disorder. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and contact a clinician. For emergencies, call 911.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are third-party tested and manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility. Certificates of analysis are available upon request.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order — including after confirmation — where a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, payment cannot be taken, or we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full. Products are sold for personal use, in normal household quantities, not for resale.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, both of which are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change at any time, but never on an order already placed. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details. Card and bank statements show SP PAREE.CARE.

6. Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method the listed price on the day you order and again at the frequency shown at checkout — every 12 weeks for the plans — until you cancel. The amount and the date are shown before you pay and repeated in every order confirmation.

Change, pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time — no email, no phone call, and no reason required. Cancelling before your next billing date stops that charge. Changes made after a renewal is processed may not affect that order. If a renewal charged in the last 48 hours and the order has not shipped yet, email support@paree.care and we will cancel it and refund it in full.

Prices can change with at least 14 days' notice by email before the affected charge.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery timings, rates and coverage are in our shipping policy. Refunds, damage and missing orders are in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

9. Our content

The text, photography, logos and brand marks in this store belong to Paree Care LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Product photography and descriptions supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.

10. Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms and in our refund policy, and except for anything that cannot be excluded under law, this store and everything in it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce a particular result for you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Resolving a problem

Email support@paree.care first. Most problems are a refund or a replacement, and we would rather settle it in a day than argue about it. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

15. The rest

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our shipping and refund policies, are the whole agreement between us about your order.
