Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or internationally. Our fulfilment centre cannot serve those destinations.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and shipped from our US fulfilment centre within two to five business days. Standard delivery is a further two to four business days, tracked. That is four to nine business days from order to doorstep. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Holiday periods and carrier delays can add a day or two; if your order is running past the window above, email us and we will chase it.

Rates

Standard shipping starts at $5.99 and is priced by weight at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed the day your order ships. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within five business days of ordering, email support@paree.care with your order number.

Packaging

Plain outer packaging on every order. No product names or descriptions on the outside of the box.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address, and includes tax on shipping where the state requires it.

Address changes

Check your address at checkout. We can correct it before the order is packed — email support@paree.care the same day with your order number. Once an order has shipped, tracking is the only route.

Late, lost or damaged orders

Email support@paree.care within 30 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if the order never arrived, and we will replace or refund it. For damage, attach one photo. Full terms are in our refund policy.
